Blyth residents pitch in to clean graffiti from MPP's office
Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson’s Blyth constituency office was vandalized last week, with red paint being thrown at the door, windows and structure of the building. Employees of neighbouring business Blyth Printing, including Steve Dawe, right, helped to clean up the mess.
Dawe, in discussing the issue with The Citizen, said that, regardless of political belief or stance on current events, no one should have to deal with this kind of activity. The Ontario Provincial Police were informed of the vandalism and attended the scene before Dawe and others began cleaning up the paint from the front of the building. (Denny Scott photos)
