Eat Local Huron hosts successful first-ever Farm Crawl

Eat Local Huron recently hosted a farm crawl event, welcoming patrons to tour some of the company’s food providers and learn a bit more about where their food comes from. Tony McQuail of Meeting Place Organic Farm near St. Helen’s leads a horse-drawn wagon tour of their farm operation on Saturday morning, while at Firmly Rooted, Tamara McMullen, in orange next to the greenhouse door, provided tours of the site.     (John Stephenson photos)
