Elinor worked as an RNA at the Wingham and District Hospital for a number of years. She loved birds, flowers, dancing, travel, watching sports and curling. She was a devout Christian and faithfully served Christ and the church community as a Sunday school teacher, organist and member of both the ladies’ auxiliary and the church choir. For many years, she and her husband Raymond served with The Gideons.
