Fourth annual Huron County Pride Festival marks a day to remember

After an eventful week, Huron County Pride eventually arrived at the day organizers had been waiting for: the Huron County Pride Festival on Saturday at Lions Harbour Park in Goderich. While rain had threatened earlier in the day, the skies cleared and it was a beautiful day for the festival, which may have just found a new home in the park. Performers included Jelly Bean Blue, John Powers, the Bayfield Ukelele Society (above) in addition to the always-popular drag show, which went ahead twice over the course of the day and under the watchful eye of organizer Vanity Affair, who has been with the festival since its inception four years ago.     (Shawn Loughlin photo)
