Kickoff to Summer in Belgrave a resounding success

A staple of what is now the Elementary School Fair for years, the shoe-kick was really the only way to kick off the summer with the Belgrave Playground Project group’s Kickoff to Summer event over the weekend in and around the Belgrave Community Centre.

 

After the shoes went flying, there was plenty of fun to be had, from lawn games and a kids’ zone to a concert and a professional wrestling showcase with all kind of interesting activities in between. See more from the monumental weekend inside.     (Tory Daw photo)
