Laura Natsuko (Nakamura) Ross
Unexpectedly, as the result of a motor vehicle accident, on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, Laura Natsuko (Nakamura) Ross, of Exeter, passed away at the age of 38, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion to her family.
Born on Aug. 24, 1987 in Goderich, she was the dearly loved wife of Rob Ross and the proud and adoring mother of Colin and Ethan Ross. She was the forever-loved daughter of the late Brian Nakamura (2013) and Linda (Haugh) Nakamura of Seaforth and the loved sister of Jason and Sarah Nakamura and their daughters Mya and Carmen of Kitchener and sister-in-law of Scott Ross of London.
Laura will be lovingly remembered by her father-in-law and mother-in-law Jim and Mary Ann Ross of London and fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents Ross and Irene Haugh, and Tomiye and Yujiro Nakamura.
At the request of the family, cremation has taken place and interment in the family plot in Crediton Cemetery at a later date. An open house celebration of Laura’s life, with refreshments, will be held at the Crediton Community Centre on Saturday, May 16 from 1-4 p.m. T. Harry Hoffman and Sons Funeral Home of Dashwood has been entrusted with the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cornerstone Montessori School in Clinton or Egmondville United Church.
