Ralph Thompson

Suddenly on Sunday, July 26, 2026, Ralph Thompson of Brussels passed away at the age of 68.

 

The loving dad of Dan Thompson, Poppy Thompson and Heidi Thompson, Ralph was the grandpa of Hayden and Maddie Thompson and Mariah, Matthew and Makayla Yeoman and the great-grandpa of Norma McDougall. 

 

He was the son of Isabel (McDonald) Thompson and brother of Robert Thompson, Carol and Jim Bailey and Cheryl Burchill. Ralph will be missed dearly by his partner Teresa Cronin and her family and also by his nieces and nephews. 

 

Ralph was predeceased by his father Bert Thompson, brothers Eldon (Kathy) Thompson and Jim Thompson and niece Elizabeth White.

 

A private family service will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Historical Construction Equipment Association (HCEA) would be appreciated.
