Seaforth Centenaires defeat Tavistock in seven games, face Elora in round three

On Friday night, while it was stormy outside, temperatures were high inside the Seaforth and District Community Centre as the Seaforth Centenaires and Tavistock Royals played game five of their best-of-seven series, which the home team won by a score of 6-2, putting them at a three-games-to-two advantage.

 

The Royals went on to win game six in Tavistock, forcing a game seven in Seaforth on Tuesday night, which the Centenaires won by a score of 3-1 to put them through to the semi-finals. They will now face the Elora Rock in hopes of reaching the finals.     (John Stephenson photo)
